The SERVICE consists – To assist the Planning team for the EPCI3, EPCI5 & EPCI8 Platforms Scheduling and Planning activities in PHC offices, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration
b) Specific Activities:
• Review and analyse CONTRACTORS scheduling and planning documents (procedures...)
• Monitor progress and control Project activities
• Identify potential delays, analyse and issue proposed corrective actions as required
• Prepare the Project Planning documents
• Prepare the weekly report
• Elaborate monthly progress report
• Liaise with cost controller to define progress measurement
• File the planning related documents according the document filing system.
1.2 The SERVICES will take place in the following location:
-Port Harcourt area, Nigeria at offices designated by COMPANY.
1.3 Notwithstanding the date of signature of these Particular Conditions, the SERVICE shall commence on the ASAP for a duration of about one year.
The present Particular Conditions shall be terminated on the earlier of .................... or when the SERVICE is completed.
1.4 All DESIGNEES shall have obtained and hold valid during the duration of the SERVICES to be performed: – All certificates regarding physical fitness, medical cover and training course as specified in the General Conditions and Annex 4 hereto. – All administrative authorisation and documents necessary to perform the activities at the places where the SERVICE shall be carried out.
1.5 The execution of the SERVICE requires experienced specialists fluent in English.
Qualification: Qualification:
• Technical background required
• Professional Experience (number of years) :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry and/or construction industry.
- Knowledge of Total Project Planning practices – Practice of PRIMAVERA V6 – Practice of MS Project
