Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Business Head – Wireline, will have full P&L responsibility for the business unit. The Business Head will manage the day to day operations and align them to the budget requirements as agreed at the annual strategic meeting. You will be responsible for devising and executing the strategy to ensure these goals are met. You will:
• Devise, build and lead the execution of the strategy;
• Build, develop and lead an operational and commercial team;
• Mentor and train other individuals and embed a level of excellence in the team;
• Drive a strong client service culture into the team and extend a customer centric ethos;
• Manage client relationships and help engage to build and maximise revenue potential.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience as A Field Service Manager( wireline) combined with either an operational (P&L role) or commerical role (Account management);
• Strong alignment with client orientation and service quality excellence;
• Technically robust with the commercial foundations to grow a revenue stream.
