Description:
The MRES will have primary responsibility to develop and implement monitoring, evaluation and research activities for all components of the project. The candidate should have both strong qualitative and quantitative evaluation skills, and significant experience with multiple types of evaluations – impact evaluations, process evaluations, formative evaluations etc.
Minimum Requirements:
• At least 10 years relevant experience in project and program evaluation, research and survey implementation.
• At least 2 years experience on a large international project.
• PhD or Masters in Evaluation, Measurement, Statistics or other related fields such as Education is desired.
