‎1. Should the Okada Riders charge passengers according to their luggage?

2. Should they reject to carry some?

I don't really get the subject title in this joke cos it says buy 1 and get 1 free,so wat ar we buying?

My insight is that anything okada should be banned in this country.they are too reckless.i had accident on one recently
