After working together for close to eight years at entertainment company of Storm 360 Ltd, media moguls Obi Asika and long time partner Olisa Adibua are parting ways under controversial circumstances.

A press release issued by Storm C.E.O Obi Asika on saturday, August 25 2012, states : ' 360 confirms that Mr Olisa Adibua is no longer a director of the company.This decision was reached at a properly constituted company EGM.Mr Adibua was a non-executive director of Storm 360 and has never been involved in the management and operations of Storm 360.The company will not engage in public discussions about it's internal business operations.Storm is facing forward and continues to build upon it's position as a leading light in Nigeria's entertainment industry and community.Thank you, Board and Management of Storm 360 '.

In a swift response to the statement, Adibua told davzy folamz this evening that he still remains a member of the board of the company, and any claims to the contrary are completely false, adding that he will be taking legal action.

In 2008; the company once again reshaped into Storm 360 offering creative content solutions through audio-visual, interactive, experimental or music-based platforms.
i expected that long time ago.their future together had always been blurr.i guess it's all for the best.

olisa is a proud man.i am sure his pride caused it.well,he has enough work on his hands already so he should be happy.
Obi asaka is already thinking ahead.he won't really need him anymore.he has been rejected.
I honestly feel he should have stayed.he might have attitude problem but he's still of great influence to the label.
