THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a major international oil & gas company to providelight0 a Head of Services ECP, to be based in Port Harcourt. Must be prepared to travel as required. Single / Resident 6/2 rotation. Excellent rate / terms and conditions.
THE PERSON
10 years experience in Projects or Project Services within an affiliate or home office Projects Services with at least 2 years in Cost Estimation / Cost Control. Manage: Materials; Cost Control; Reporting& Planning; Contracts Admin; IST Correspondent; Document Control (PRODOM); Logistics; Security; Cost Estimation; Administration. Provides reliable cost estimates for all engineering studies and request for services by JVA and Development planning and manages cost feedback from Project Teams to improve reliability of cost estimation tools. Provides reliable cost control reports to enable an effective financial control of ECP activities. Provides clear reporting documents that can inform in a smooth and timely fashion. Provide IST support to all staff within ECP. Provide Document Control Services to ECP through PRODOM system and support JV in management of files. Ensures there is no production loss due to materials stock out. Cost Control.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
BSc Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Must hold current certificates regarding physical fitness, medical cover and training courses. Good communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English, are essential. Must be eligible to reside and work in Nigeria.
