Responsibilities:- Manage Commercial department and drive the growth of the business into new markets and expand service offerings.
- Responsible for increasing sales and market shares within organisation through all applicable channels.
- Support sales in complex and technical bids.
- Create a Commercial development strategy and prepare sales target for team.
- Develop, operate and maintain commercial systems and procedures that will meet the needs of the organisation.
- Using the strategic business development plan as a roadmap, develop and manage the execution of business plans.
- Provide high quality and accurate advice and reports to the MD.
- Manage and coordinate effective cost control systems and reporting.
- Provide advice on how to optimise the business.
Qualifications/Experience:- Relevant school certification and diplomas.
- Minimum of 1 years post qualification experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
