Job Summary:The candidate will develop business models, finance and investment strategy to leverage on the vision of the company in order to achieve profitability for the business. The preferred candidate should have at least 8 years experience.
Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise the company's activities. Ensuring the company is able to produce a good return and a viable environment for its stakeholders, employees,customers and other business associates
- Coordinate all activities of the company and report on the results and critique on the activities of the organization making recommendations for improvement
- Increase in the company's Sales volume, Turnover, & Profitability
- Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy
- Plan and direct the organization's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets
- Recruit, select and develop executive team members
- Direct functions and performance via the executive team
- Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
- Manage via the team, the consolidated group budgeting process and make recommendations regarding the proposed capital and extraordinary expenditure programs to the Board for their approval
- Report to the board on organizational plans and performance
Qualifications/Experience:- Must have analytical mind and have a strong flair for details.
- Must have a strong personality and be firm.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Must possess business process and project management skill
- Must have exposure to international market
- Strong background in Finance & Investment
- HND or B.Sc. Business Administration, Economics (any related discipline) + MBA
- 5yrs experience in a management position.
