The Legal adviser provides strategic Company Secretarial, corporate governance and legal advisory support tot eh CEO and the Board and leads in the identification of legal and governances risks with a view effectively managing all such issues concerning the organization.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidates will have a military or para military background and must have assumed the rank of a captain or superintendent of Police or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 7years experience in a similar role in an established organization is necessary.
• A good first degree or HND in any discipline will required.
• The age range for the position is 35 – 45 years
