The Human Resource Manger will be responsible for the articulation and executive of an innovation and effective Human resources Strategy.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a minimum of 5years work experience in a similar role within a structural environment. This will be a stand alone, hands on position and ability to deal with complexity of a critical success factor.
• A good first degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class lower, with a professional HR diploma (CIPM, CIPD, GPHR etc) will be required. Possession of a master's degree will be an added advantage
• The age range for the position is 28 – 36 years
