JOB DESCRIPTION
• To drive growth through revenue generation
• Take ownership of new tools & processes needed to improve efficiency
• Provide proactive guidance and services to rest of the organization.
• Instilling a marketing led ethos throughout the business
• Researching and reporting on external opportunities
• Understanding current and potential customers
• Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
• Developing the marketing strategy and plan
• Management of the marketing mix
• Managing agencies
QUALIFICATION
• A bachelors's degree with not below Second Class lower grade. A Masters Degree with specialisation in marketing will be an added advantage
• 4 years in marketing/sales/business development experience in an ICT company
• 2 Experience in a similar position with ability to motivate and provide leadership to the marketing/sales team
• Experience in building brand awareness and support
• Effectively utilize sales-related information technology applications (PowerPoint, Excel/Word/Access)
