He also promised to provide reasonable power supply within the first quarter of his tenure if elected next year.
He declared that poor power supply will be a thing of the pas.
He spoke when he paid homage to the Emir of Bauchi, Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaimanu Adamu.
The President said he had provided solution to the scarcity of petrol within a few months of his presidency.
He also vowed to revive ailing industries , so as to provide jobs to thousands of unemployed youths and boost agriculture and commerce, adding that he would provide more jobs.
Jonathan promised to facilitate the recognition of traditional institution as their roles will be spelt out in the Constitution.
The Emir urged the Federal Government to explore all the nations' resources for the development of the country.
