Context/Scope:
• The Process area is the central processing point in the brewing of beer, covering yeast management, wort fermentation, beer centrifugation/yeast separation and beer maturation.
• The process operator carries out all these processes and reports to the Shift Brewer.
Dimensions:
Leadership Responsibilities
• Liaise with other Brewing, Packaging, Production Services and Maintenance Technicians, Lab Technicians, Contractors and Shift Managers to ensure continuity of reliable, quality production.
• Support other team members and develop positive relationships with colleagues.
Purpose of Role:
• To ferment and mature all AOP beer volumes and ensure continuous supply of high quality beers and good team spirit.
Top Accountabilities:
1. Manage the effective feeding of fresh yeast cultures in accordance with laid down company procedure.
2. Monitor and control fermentation process/performance.
3. Carry out process vessels beer mains CIP and ensure an infection index of
