Title: Panetta: US-Japan agree on new missile system

U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said Monday that U.S. and Japanese officials have agreed to put a second missile defense system in Japan.

That is a brilliant move on the path of Japan.This is one of the reasonable things they've done this year

This is how it should be.Great countries of the world should be able to agree on certain things at certain times....Just like Nigeria and South Africa
