Job Title: Divisional Head, Strategic Planning / Funds Mobilization

General Requirements:
• A University Degree with a minimum of second class division from a reputable institution. However, possession of a postgraduate degree and / or professional qualifications will be a distinct advantage
• IT/ IS proficiency and project management skills – A must
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• High professionalism, teamwork and excellent leadership skills
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
• A University Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Geography or any related discipline.
• A track record in Strategic Planning, Financial Management; Business Development and Investment Promotion and or Facilitation.
• At least 13 years proven experience working with International Donor Agencies and or Attracting and Managing Funds will be a distinct advantage.
• All candidates for this position must have Exceptional Relationship Management Skills and Outstanding Business Development and Networking Capabilities. Ability to Package Marketable Proposals will also be required.
