• First Degree or Higher diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years practical experience.
• Excellent knowledge of facility management and maintenance including basic knowledge of Plumbing and A/C.

• Proven problem solving, trouble shooting and project management skills.
• Ability to create comprehensive maintenance program.
• Above average computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills with consultants, clients and team members.
• Having worked in a construction or engineering industry.
