My client is one of Nigeria's premier conglomerates and has been a leading force of corporate activity for over 40 years. They have business interests throughout the world and a significant property portfolio. Real Estate has emerged is a key focus areas for my client and the importance of this division will only grow as they intend to make significant investments in this area.
Responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for the entire construction works (sub and super structure) for a world class mixed use substantial real estate development project – They are currently underway on a significant "landmark" project and have multiple high rise projects at various stages of development. You Will take full control of the Construction business and drive it forward.
• To ensure high quality fit-out work as well as all related MEP installation works, mechanical works (including HVAC), Electrical and Plumbing works and associated landscaping works of the Multi Development Complex.
• QA/QC planning, progress control, liaison with Architects, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Government Departments.
• Ensuring timely execution of Sub-Contractors works.
Main Role:
Complete planning and Management of the construction, fit-out and landscaping work of the Mixed Use Complex including planning, design, assessment, programming, procurement, cost and Manpower control while ensuring that the highest quality standards of the works are being met, in line with the requirement.
