Title: Mimiko Promises Better Deals For Students, If Re-elected

       Gov. Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo State has promised to enhance the welfare of students of the state in tertiary institutions, if elected for the second term.
     Mimiko said this at Ipele, in Owo Local Government Area of the state on Monday while addressing the students on his bid to run for the second term.
     He urged the youths to support his aspiration because of the quality of education they had been enjoying in the state.
     He noted that the state government had reduced tuition fee in schools in the past three and a half years.
     "In all our tertiary institutions, students paybetween N25,000 and N30,000, unlike in Osun, where students are  paying higher.'' he noted.
     Mimiko explained that he had been empowering the women in the state because women deserved special attention owing to their pivotal role in nation building.
     He disclosed that his commitment to the welfare of women accounted for the zeal with which he had been executing projects that would impact positively on their lives.
     The governor promised that he would continue to build markets for the women and give them soft loans to boost their trade because of their contributions to society.
      "We will not only build more markets for you but we will give you soft loans to trade with so that you can continue to assist our society,''Mimiko said.                         Leadershipng

Story story, it should be tuition free if indeed he wants to impress.
