JOHANNESBURG (AFP) – Five more people have died in mining unrest in South Africa, the National Union of Mineworkers said on Tuesday.
The union's secretary general Frans Baleni said two workers at the Impala platinum mine near Rustenburg and three others were killed Sunday amid rolling strikes and labour violence.
