Former boxer Mike Tyson has been barred from New Zealand after a lawmaker rescinded the visa he had been issued to perform his one-man show called "Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth'' later this month in Auckland.

Associate immigration minister Kate Wilkinson said on Wednesday that she had over-ruled the decision of immigration officials a day earlier as the charitable organisation sponsoring Tyson's visit — Life Education Trust — had withdrawn its support.

That was bad of him to do.But the ban was a little bit harsh though...I didn't expect it to happen
