Candidates whose names appeared on the 2012/2013 University Supplementary Admission List are required to:
1. pay an Acceptance fee of Thirty Five Thousand Naira (#35, 000.00) only using the E-transact platform in any UBA Branch nationwide on or before Friday 19 th October, 2012;
2. use the UTME Registration Number, Confirmation Code and Receipt Number on the E-transact receipt obtained from the bank log on to the FUTA website and complete the following:
*. Provision Admission Letter
*. Acceptance Form
3. submit and print the Provisional Admission Letter and the Acceptance Form on-line;
4. bring a copy of the Acceptance Form to the Admission Office, FUTA on Monday, 5 th November, 2012 when fresh students are expected to resume for the commencementof the 2012/2013 Academic Session
