Emmanuel Emenike has promised to help the Super Eagles beat the Lone Star of Liberia by scoring two goals.
The Spartak Moscow forward, who has one goal for the national team, joined the Eagles in their Calabar camp on Tuesday and was really enthusiastic about defeating the Liberians on Saturday.
"I hope to score on Saturday as I want to represent Nigeria in January at the Cup of Nations," Emenike told Goal.com on arrival in Calabar.
"I guess the time is now, it's the second leg, don't forget we didn't get to qualify for the last edition of the nations cup, which was painful but I know Liberia can't stop us at all," he added.
The complement of foreign players at the Metropolitan Hotel camp is now 12 foreign-based players.
The 12 foreign-based players who joined the seven players from the Nigeria Premier Leaguein training on Tuesday evening were Austin Ejide, Vincent Enyeama, Nosa Igiebor, Ikechukwu Uche, Elderson Echejile, Ahmed Musa, Obiora Nwankwo, Efe Ambrose, Brown Ideye, Ogenyi Onazi, Emmanuel Emenike, and Joel Obi.
