Job Purpose and Key deliverables:
• CEO directs, administers and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the Group CEO and the Board.
• Leads and directs operations, human resources, information systems, traffic new business coordination, and agency promotion.
• Assists the Group CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance and growth of the business units.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• 10 years experience in Business Management, Brand Management and Client Service Management.
• Track record of growing and sustaining business profitability is required.
• Experience within both client and agency business is an added advantage.
