Job Purpose and Key deliverables:
• Successfully build and promote agency's new business ventures in close partnership with Executive Management by providing sound, innovative, strategic leadership initiatives.
• Work in close partnership with Executive Management to identify new business opportunities and develop plans and action steps to secure such business, both on a local and regional basis.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• BA or B.Sc degree required.
• MBA preferred.
• 5 years of Brand Management experience, with at least 3 years in FMCG sector.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Product launch and business development experience required.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams is mandatory.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have proven ability to take initiative and grow customer engagements.
• Exceptional and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills for creating and delivering reports, presentations, contracts, RFP responses and more.
