Job Title: Corporate Finance Executive

Requirement:
• Undergraduate degree in any Business discipline, Accounting or Economics.
• With at least 4-5 years post-NYSC work experience in an investment banking institution.
• Additional such as ACA, ACS, CFA or an MBA are a strong plus.
• The candidate must have excellent knowledge of financial instruments, issuance of prospectuses and investment management.
• Solid quantitative skill to support thorough understanding and analysis of financial data.
• Superior writing, editing, public speaking and presentation skills and the ability to succinctly describe complex financial structures and products.
• Ability to write standard research reports.
• Good portfolio/Fund Management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a high pressure business environment.
