Requirements:
• A University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related discipline.
• Candidates with HND in Purchasing & Supply Management will be considered.
• 2-4 years hands-on experience. All candidates must demonstrate clear understanding of the Rivers State Bureau on Public Procurement Law and guidelines.
• Possession of a postgraduate degree and /or professional qualification will be a distinct advantage.
• IT/IS proficiency and Project Management Skills, a must
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills in English
