• Engr, Archi or Builder with Business Analysis/ Economics experience.
• Will design and drive a project charter, carry out sequencing, draw work breakdown schedules and take charge of process audit at building sites.
• 15 years experience in construction or project management.
• University degree in Civil, Building, Arch or Project Management.
• Ne professionally registered plus mandatory additional training in economics/business or exposure to business analysis, value analysis or project economics.
