Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Key Duties:

•   Responsible for planning strategic business objectives and implementing systems & processes to monitor performance against agreed KPIs.

•   Developing the company's commercial processes including account management and marketing.

•   Motivating and providing strong leadership to all departments.

Key Skills and Competencies:

•   Decisive and forwarding thinking, with strong vision and strategic capability.

•   Ability to network and liaise with clients at very senior level.

•   Operationally strong, financial aware and commercially astute.

Educational and Experience Requirement:

•   The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a University degree in relevant field of study, a masters degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or advance degree in related discipline will be an advantage.

•   In addition, at least 15 years cognate working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain business in a multinational organization.
