Steven Finn 'available' as pitch row is settled

England fast bowler Steven Finn says he is available for the third Test against India, which starts on Wednesday.

A thigh injury has kept Finn out of the series, which is level at 1-1, but 23 year old came through a net session at Eden Gardens on Monday.
