•   Good oral and written communication skills.

•   He/she will also coordinate, direct and manage the daily activities of primary school and develop the school through implementation of appropriate policies, programmes, curriculum activities and effective monitoring of the pupils.

•   He/she will provide effective leadership that will enhance the achievement of the school's goals and objectives.
