Job Description:

1. Develop strategic plan and annual budget for all Client and Agency business as input into company plans

2. Ensure overall Agency's billing and margin objective are met.  via  business development on in -line and new businesses.

3. Use agreed agency process and proprietary tool to develop integrated marketing communication solutions that are on-strategy and of consistently high creative quality.

4. Interacting with senior marketing management on client's side and whilst ensuring the overall well being of Agency's  businesses

5. Lead multi-disciplinary project team for integrated marketing communication campaigns.

6. Conduct Client Satisfaction study  annually or as may be required

7. Take responsibility for team development, performance and motivation.

8. Any other assignment that may be given to you from time to time.

Desired Skills & Experience

Technical/Managerial Skills – Communication and presentation skills.  – Proficiency in computer. – Relationship Management/Networking  – Clear understanding and use of  tools for strategic thinking; – Appreciation and understanding of  high creative standards  – Understand theory and practice of the disciplines of marketing communication including  digital and social media , branded content etc

Experience:

•   10-12 years experience
