Job Description: We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage HR activities and HR transactions for North and West Africa English Speaking coutries (NAWA)

Key Responsibilities:

•   Coordinate, implement HR processes and policies, administer HRIS and manage HR transactions.

•   Advise Managers in HR topics and legal aspects and enhance awareness of ethics and compliance.

•   Prepare and maintain the Area's salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems and employee files.

•   Coordinate recruitment plans, training plans and manage HR transactions in liaison with NAWA HR team.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   Bachelors degree in a related field, plus some post graduate qualification

•   4/5 years experience in either a variety of HR roles, or as a HR Generalist
