Requirements:

•   Possess minimum of Diploma in Sales and marketing or Clinical Studies.

•   At least 2 years relevant experience in the medical tourism field.

•   At least 1 year relevant experience in a similar position

•   Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•   Must be computer literate.

•   Existing rapport with professionals in medical institutions is especially desirable.

•   Ideally candidate should be mobile for ease of movement and possess a valid Driver's License.

•   Create awareness on medical tourism and design strategies to effectively communicate available services to the target market.

•   Assess patient needs so as to offer viable options tailored to the needs and budget considerations.

•   Prepare appropriate information packs for use by patients, medical personnel and institutions.

•   Provide effective customer care support from enquiry through to booking, reservations and travel.

•   Liaise with patients, medical personnel and institutions to ensure that correct and timely flow of information is carried out at all times.
