Description: – Develop and implement the overall Sales & Distribution strategy and set objectives – In collaboration with all involved departments, define and operationalise sales, budget and distribution targets – Coordinate district activities and ensure that sales targets are achieved – Distributors are effectively managed and developed – Trade Execution is aligned with set standards of the business – Ensure systematic analysis, selection and service of actual or potential important customers and distributors – Develop and maintain a personal relationship with top management of customers and distributors – Develop Monthly Sales and Distribution reports – Manage Human Resources and company assets

Requirements: – B. Degree -Commercial/Marketing Degree – 7 years' experience in the Commercial environment in the beverage or FMCG sector – High level of planning and organizing competencies – High level of commercial and business understanding – Ability to think conceptually and strategically – Analytical ability essential, with above average levels of numeracy – Good interpersonal and negotiating skills – Ability to use own initiative and be able to think entrepreneurially
