Alonso in the dark over contract situation

Spain international Xabi Alonso has admitted that he is in the dark over his contract situation at Real Madrid . The former Liverpool midfielder, who remains a key cog in Jose Mourinho's team, is tied to the Blancos until 2014.
                                                         With 18 months left on his deal, questions have been raised over whether he will sign an extension with the club, or leave in the foreseeable future.
                                                         "I've no idea what will happen", Alonso confessed to reporters.
