Job Description and Requirements:

•   Reporting to the Head, Human Capital Development, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring and implementing approved training plan, development of internal training plans, course outlines, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation of company-wide training.

•   Applicants must possess an HND/B.Sc in any discipline with at least five (5) years relevant experience in training management.

•   Candidates must not be more than 37 years old.

•   Certification from CIPM or relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
