Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Food Concepts is seeking to appoint a HR Manager.  The candidate will be responsible for the entire Human Resources portfolio of the division, ensuring it makes the most effective use of its human resource.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Promote and drive the HR policy and strategy across the Group

•   Operate as a business partner to designated client group.

•   Support the Group Head, HR on delivery of HR elements.

•   Build effective working relationships with other divisions/brands within the group, in order to understand their business and facilitate solutions to HR challenges.

•   Contribute to employee Training and Development

•   Recruit for key role and ensure that vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.

•   Actively participate in the development of team plans and report on progress against them.

•   Support and advice on all aspects of people management, change management, employee relations.

•   Ensure that HR related activities such as Man Power Planning data, appraisals, staff budgeting and salary review are completed within agreed timelines.

Your knowledge, skills and experience:

•    HR Experience in FMCG operations

•   Training & Development experience

•   Familiar with the Food Industry Trends

•   Cost Management Skills

•   Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills – able to present and implement training strategies

•   Strong organizational and influencing skills

•   Evidence of strong people and project management skills

•   Planning, Scheduling, Controlling & Coordinating

Educational Qualifications/Experience:

•   Minimum of university degree or equivalent

•   HR Professional qualification: CIPM qualified or equivalent, with experience of working within the food industry. This role requires strong policy development and change management experience as well as significant communication skills.

•   Minimum of 4 years working experience in Human Resources Management
