LAGOS — THE Federal Government yesterday issued a six-month ultimatum to Brooni Proni, the contractor handling the trinity bus-Stop end to Coconut of the ever busy Oshodi Apapa Expressway  to complete the job, even as it was revealed that the stoppage of works at the Tin-can 2nd gate end of the expressway was due to non-release of fund and refusal of occupants on the right of way to vacate.
