Roles and responsibilities: – Oversee and carryout Verification Processes and Hardware Barrier Assessment program in SPDC. – Facilitate / Participate in Verification and Hardware Barrier Assessment activities.  – Development Communication Plan – Serve as technical advisors to the Assets/Districts  – Act as trouble shooters to identify and remove barriers and obstacles that could impede progress  – Train and facilitate the HBA/RCA process in Asset /District Teams/TAs – Assist with implementing and tracking Maintenance and Integrity KPIs  – Utilise Effectively the M&I Dashboard to monitor KPIs and Compliance Figures.  – Participate actively in OE Reviews both internal and external.
