Job Roles and Responsibilities:

•       Review EHS implementation performance on regular basis, identify and drive improvements

•       EHS project implementation – scoping of the work for different Waves (batches of stations), contracts development and management, budget preparation and monitoring, machine modeling and commissioning of the systems for all rotating equipment and associated equipment in SCiN

•       Act as role model and champion the Shell values and leadership behaviours

•       Motivate, coach and manage employee performance and development

•       Develop staff competences through classroom and on-the-job training

•       Drive the transfer of learning and best practices across Assets group in SCiN on rotating equipment health surveillance management

•       Coordinate the activities of the online real time equipment monitoring and diagnostics (EHS) implementation including:

•       Act at all times in accordance with the Statement of Policy on Health, Safety and Environment.

Requirements Qualifications

•       A University degree in Engineering Discipline with a minimum of 6 years experience in the Oil & Gas Production Engineering discipline

•       At least 3 years spent in the Maintenance or Engineering project discipline, particularly in Rotating equipment engineering as a Team Leader.

•       Incumbent must have good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills to achieve a customer buy-in to his decisions.
