Job Description: The Regional Sales Manager position will be responsible for developing and executing on an aggressive customer acquisition campaign for Lenovo in West Africa.

Responsibilities include: Developing, managing and maintaining new account relationships and delivering on aggressive sales objectives; Developing strategy; Providing thought leadership. The candidate must have the ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.

Exceptional leader and sales coach with a strong sales operations skills set and the ability to form and develop high level relationships with customers are requirements. This position will manage other skilled sales professionals.
