El Amrani: No increase to Afcon prize money

The Secretary General of Confederation of African Football (Caf), Hicham El Amrani has said that the organisation has no plans to increase the existing $1.5 million cash prize for the winner of the Africa Cup of Nations.
                                                       Caf said that it has no intention of neither increasing the money for the runner-up down to the group stages despite the improvement in the revenue of the Federation which organizes and administers football in the continent.
