The Governor of Delta State, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan has sent a congratulatory message to players and officials of the Super Eagles after their historic victory over pre-tournament favourites, Ivory Coast in yesterday's Afcon 2013 quarter final match in Rustenburg, South Africa.
