Nig Customs Earned N850 billion in 2012, Targets N1 Trillion For 2013

The Nigeria Customs Service is targeting a major increase in the amount of revenue it generates for the country.

The Public Relation Officer of the Customs Service, Mr Wale Adeniyi, who was on our business programme on Wednesday, revealed that the agency generated N779billion in 2011, N850 billion in 2012 and hopes to generate N1 trillion this year.

He however said this will depend on a number of factors.
