A  professor of political economy and management, Pat Utomi, is happy with the coming together of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) and Congress for Progressive Change {CPC} to form a new alliance,  All Progressives Congress (APC).
