CAF run by dictators: Antoine Bell

Caf incumbent president Issa Hayatou is set to clinch another term in office after he was declared the only candidate on list for the March 10 vote taking place in Morocco, but his compatriot and former Cameroon international Antoine Bell has criticised the body's election committee for disqualifying other candidates from participating in the election saying the body is being run by dictators.
