Key responsibilities of the role include:

As a Kitchen Steward, you will work under the supervision of a Stewarding Supervisor and Chief Steward. You will support the food and beverage operation by cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and the premises whilst maintaining hygiene according to the hotel and local health authority's standards and practices.

Qualifications:

• Two years experience in kitchen operation.

• Good understanding of the Hotel Industry standards, policies and procedures

• Pre opening experience a strong plus

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal, listening, writing)

• Eager to learn & progress, responsible with the willingness to take ownership
