The Client uses advanced cutting edge technologies in 'frontier' deepwater areas of over 1,000 metres.

A rapidly growing Operator company comprising of a range of large operated and non-operated deep and shallow water assets.

Client is looking to hire experienced Controls engineering professionals into Deepwater Projects

Some Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of Installation and Workover Control Systems Packages


• Carrying out of concept design, system design and preparation of drawings and bill of materials for projects.


• Writing and reviewing of Functional Design Specifications, Assembly Procedures, Flushing Procedures, Qualification Test Procedures and Factory Acceptance Test Procedures for Installation and Workover Control Systems Packages for projects.


• Involved in designing of Installation and Workover Control Systems Packages to Clients' specifications and International Standards.


• Interface management with Christmas Trees Engineering Team and other Systems Engineering Teams on projects.


• Responsible for supporting Field Engineers, Draughtsperson, other Engineers, Specialists and Project Managers on project work and region operations.


• Reviewing of Client's Basis of Design for Installation and Workover Control Systems Packages and ensuring all design deviations are clarified and agreed before final build of equipment.


• Reviewing of quotations, specifications, procedures and drawings from various vendors and submission of recommendations to the Project Manager.


• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and of the required quality as specified in the Functional Design Specification.

Requirements:

• BSC in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Subsea Engineering, or equivalent.


• 10 years experience in deepwater Subsea Controls Engineering.
