Functional Role: The instructor is responsible for delivery and customization of training products to Ericsson Education's customers.

Functional responsibilities:

• Share and reuse knowledge in designated tools

• Identify and log customer leads in designated lead tool

- Able to independently prepare, handle and conduct classes to variably skilled personnell – Has the ability to structure technical classes in line with customer needs and training requirements

Note: This position is a three-month contract position and is renewable subject to availability and performance.
