Job Description:

•   Preparation of Management Accounts and regular filing of ALL regulatory authorities/agencies returns for compliance; Providing regulatory consultancy services to staff of various offices of the bank with a view to ensuring regulatory compliance

•   Preparation of Management Accounts and regular filing of ALL regulatory authorities/agencies returns for compliance

•   Provide regulatory consultancy services to staff of various offices of the bank with a view to ensuring regulatory compliance

•   Supervise the job performance of members of accounting system, GL review, Finstart preparation, Finstart Analysis ratings & market intelligence, Fixed Asset management unit.

•   Provide strategic support and directives to various business offices within the region during audit of the bank by regulatory authorities/external auditors

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   Good first degree in a relevant discipline, (MBA, MSC, MA, ML and/or Professional Qualifications compulsory

•   At least 11 years banking experience; 5 years in management position

•   Good Knowledge in Banking Operations

•   Credit products and dynamics

•   Industry Knowledge

•   Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory pronouncements and financial laws.
